Over the past couple of years, we have witnessed the EDM scene change dramatically. So many new genres and sounds, mixed samples of audio dating back to the early 20th century, and artists as young as 10 years old producing dance music hits that re-define what is commonplace in the EDM industry. One of the more popular groups making an impact across the country and contributing to the ever-growing Jam Band genre is Conspirator. Playing at hundreds of venues across the country and major music festivals such as: BUKU, Electric Forest, and AURA Music and Arts Festival has earned a major fan base for them, and it’s easy to see why.IMG_2496

Conspirator has adopted some of the newer, higher BPM dance genres and incorporated them into their already well-known sound to create an even more climactic/adventurous performance. It isn’t always about heavier, or harder; it’s about telling a story and moving people through a ministry of sound, and Conspirator definitely has their chemistry in the right place. They seem to interact with the audience as if to say, “Hey guys, we’re home!” in each and every city they perform in. Anyone can see that home to them is being on stage and sharing their music with the hearts and souls of their fans. It’s like gold seeing them perform and witnessing the amount of life that they can bring to a stage. They even cater their sound to the preferences of their fans as they move from city to city, switching up the genres they play. Not only are they making encore appearances in many cities up and down the east coast, they continue to collect fans as they book more and more tour dates for 2014. Conspirator is definitely one of the greatest collaborations in musical talent of this generation. If you haven’t had the pleasure of catching one of their performances yet, don’t hesitate to check them out!
