Time To Get Tropical At The District Atlanta Patio Pre Party This Friday! 1

We’re all too familiar with the routine; It’s Friday, you get off work, head to your car, sit in 1-2 hours of Atlanta’s notorious traffic, and get home with just enough energy to throw your broken body on the couch to rest up before your weekend plans commence. We all know the feeling, but what if there was a tropical oasis waiting for you right after work, and you didn’t have to fight the hoards of commuters before getting to your weekend festivities?

District Atlanta and Sweetwater Brewing has your shortcut to the weekend this Friday, March 15th by hosting the first patio day party of the year, and they’ve made sure to go above and beyond in terms of making sure guests are satisfied on every level. On top of booking the legendary Sam Feldt to play in the evening, District wanted to give back to it’s fellow, hard-working commuters by throwing a party the likes of which the city has yet to see.

Opening at 6:00 pm, you can expect to walk into the event with an entirely new perspective, working with a top tier gardener, the patio will be transformed into a tropical oasis complete with exotic foliage that is sure to make you forget about how demanding the work week was. Sweetwater Brewing has agreed to co-host the event, and will be unveiling their new  420 Strain Mango Kush Wheat Ale for all attendees to enjoy, fresh from the dank tank, well before the general public sees it on shelves.

As the evening moves forward, you can catch some of you favorite District staff on the grill, cooking up burgers, hotdogs, grilled pineapple and BBQ chicken to keep the masses full. To cool down, we will have a vendor on grounds serving up exotic ice cream flavors that you surely won’t see at your local supermarket.

On top of live tropical house sets on the patio stage, you can stay entertained with yard games such as cornhole, giant Jenga, and a limbo contest. District and Sweetwater certainly made all the stops to make this an event you will not want to miss out on.

Tickets are limited and can be purchased HERE . For $5,  you can solidify your spot to the pre-party as well as access to the Sam Feldt performance which goes until late.

So dust off those Hawaiian shirts, tell your friends, and get ready for the tropical event of the year!
