After the much anticipated DJ Mag Top 100 DJ list was announced back in mid October, the interwebs was swirling with mixed emotions. As to no surprise to the many people who do not really care for that type of ranking system, many of the top 100 DJ’s were merely there because of popularity rather than talent. Shortly after the top 100 was revealed, a parody to the top 100 list was made called Bottom 100 DJ’s. Social media was swirling, and the Bottom 100 list went viral. For a short period of time, no one really knew who the mastermind(s) was behind the hilarious alternative list. Now the truth comes out; and the answer is, Swedish house duo, Dada Life.

Dada Life did, however, give us a few clues that something was up by tweeting Deadmau5 that he was the number one on the Bottom 100 DJ list a few weeks ago.

Even though they were posting on social media about the Bottom 100 list, still no one had any idea that they were the guys behind the parody list. A few days ago, Dada Life took to their Facebook to answer all of the questions that everyone had about why they created the Bottom 100 list. Here is the post from their Facebook below where you can see the Q&A.
