The Dutch house producer Sam Feldt will be taking the Horizon stage on Sunday, May 29th at 10:30 pm at Sunset Music Festival 2016. By now, dance music fans have probably heard this name quite often around the scene. While at a young age of 22, the house music producer has made a name for himself with his talent across the globe. Releasing his first tracks back in 2014, Feldt has shown no signs of slowing down with delivering quality tracks time and time again. From releasing several singles and remixes to even a new EP “Been A While”, this guy has been hard at work in the studio pumping out amazing tunes over the span of just a couple of years.

Signed to Spinnin Records, Sam Feldt has brought a unique style of melodic house that separates him from the rest of the house music pack. In his early stages he even dabbled a little into some tropical house as well, in which some elements of that still remain in his style he produces today. His music will take you on a journey and fill your mind with wonderful imagery. One of my personal favorite tracks from when he first began releasing music was his remix he did with Bloombox of Mumford & Sons “I Will Wait”. For those who aren’t familiar, it is a beautiful tropical house tune that is perfect for any listening setting from a relaxing pool environment to even cruising in the car. Plus any melodic house track that involves sax just automatically wins in my book.

Another one of my top tracks from Sam Feldt is a remix that he did about a year ago of Zwette feat. Molly “Rush” which, yet again, that sexy sax is just oh-so-wonderful. This one is a little more upbeat than the previous track shown, but it is still easily one of my favorite remixes from Feldt. The vocals are great, the beat is catchy, and the melody simply puts a smile on your face.

But Sam Feldt doesn’t stop there with the feel good tropical vibes. He has also produced a number of deep house tracks that made waves within the industry as well. Arguably one of the biggest releases of his producing career was “Show Me Love” which dropped just shy of a year ago. This one received enormous attention and support throughout the scene from some of the biggest names in the industry. It racked up a whopping 13 million plays on his SoundCloud page which is an incredible milestone for any artist. This one can truly be noted as the track that really put him on the map as a house music producer.

Along with releasing massive deep and tropical house tracks and remixes, Sam Feldt is also known for putting together a series of incredible mixes periodically on his SoundCloud page. Below is one of his most recent mixtapes from his Heartfeldt Radio series which includes some of the hottest melodic house tunes from his own work to many other artist features as well.
